Our mission: To be the "1st choice" in Tech Support for all of the departments we support.
Campus Life Tech Support, CLTS, is a tech support group focused on the needs of Campus Dining, Student Rec, and University Housing Services. We have 6 full-time staff and 8 student staff divided into teams to support the numerous systems in the departments.
User Support:
The User Support Team is responsible for all things "not development" in nature. That is, they are the field service technicians and the face of CLTS to most of our users.
Development Team:
The Development Team is the group responsible for developing new and supporting existing applications for our partners in Campus Dining, Student Rec, and University Housing Services. We specialize in building applications and solutions that make life easier for our business partners.
Systems Support:
This is a virtual team consisting of the full-time staff and created to support the "back of the house" needs for IT. Server maintenance, constuction, software config, etc.
Phone/CATV/Security Systems:
These things are handled mainly my our Senior Electronics Technician with help from a couple other full-time staff. This effort is the first line of defense for phone issues in the Residence Halls. This effort is also the "cable TV" system for ISU and specifically the Residence Halls.
